Vivo is preparing for a significant entry into the high-end smartphone segment later this year with the introduction of the anticipated Vivo X300 Series. Building on the success of the acclaimed X200 line, industry speculation suggests a launch involving two or possibly three distinct models. The series is expected to feature major advancements in its camera systems and offer premium-grade hardware specifications across the board.
According to leaks, the Vivo X300 Series is slated to be unveiled in China on October 13, 2025, at 7:00 PM local time (4:30 PM IST). Following that, the phones are expected to reach the Indian market by November or by year-end. As for variants, while the core focus is on the standard X300 and X300 Pro, speculation also suggests a future “Ultra” model joining the family later — possibly in the first half of 2026.
Leaked Specifications: What to Expect in the Vivo X300 Series
Design & Display
- The X300 is rumored to sport a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution, HDR10+ support, and a 120 Hz refresh rate.
- The panel may use BOE’s “Q10+ substrate” and achieve extremely slim bezels, with reported minimum brightness down to 1 nit.
- For the X300 Pro, leaks suggest a somewhat larger 6.78-inch flat display, also with high-end quality and possibly using similar LTPO / high-spec panel technologies.
- Design teasers reveal a distinctive “suspended water droplet” camera aesthetic in cold-sculpted glass, with a large circular (or ring) camera island on the back.
- The X300 will be offered in a variety of colorways: Free Blue, Comfortable Purple, Pure Black, and a pink variant. The Pro model will provide users with a choice between black and gold.

Performance & Chipset
- Both the X300 and X300 Pro are expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset.
- RAM and storage configurations are rumored to go up to 16 GB RAM and 1 TB internal storage (likely UFS 4.1 in the Pro variant).
- The Pro variant is also said to include a Universal Signal Amplifier chipset and dual-channel UFS 4.1 four-lane storage.
Camera
- The standard X300 is tipped to carry a triple camera setup: 200 MP main sensor (Samsung HPB, 1/1.4″), 50 MP ultra-wide lens, and 50 MP periscope telephoto module (Sony LYT602, 3× optical zoom).
- Selfie camera: 50 MP (autofocus).
- The X300 Pro is expected to elevate the imaging further: A 200 MP periscope telephoto module (Samsung HPB sensor) paired with an 85 mm zoom configuration, A 50 MP ultra-wide lens, and the leaks also mention “dual 200 MP Zeiss cameras”.
- Selfie camera: 50 MP (Wide lens).
Battery & Charging
- The standard X300 is rumored to pack a 6,000 mAh battery, with 90W wired fast charging support.
- The X300 Pro, in some leaks, is also said to adopt a 90W charger, similar to its predecessor (X200 Pro), based on a 3C certification listing.
Other Features
- 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor (version 2.0).
- High-spec USB Type-C (USB 3.2 levels)
- The Pro model may be under 8 mm thick (excluding camera bump), according to leaks.
- Both models are expected to run OriginOS 6 (based on Android 16) in China and possibly in Indian/Global variants.
Vivo X300 Series Expected Price
In India, leaks suggest that the Vivo X300 could start at around ₹ 69,999, while the X300 Pro may command a premium price near ₹ 99,999. Some alternate sources project slightly lower pricing for the base variant (e.g., ₹ 54,990), but the more consistent leaks cluster around the ₹ 70,000 mark.
In China, the Vivo X300 Series is expected to be priced in the range of CNY 4,000 to CNY 4,500 (or possibly more, depending on configuration and import taxes) according to rumor roundups.
If the leaks prove accurate, the Vivo X300 series may mark a significant step forward for the brand — especially in camera technology, compact flagship design (for the base X300), and imaging innovations (Zeiss cooperation, telephoto converters, advanced stabilization). The adoption of Dimensity 9500 also places these phones among the early premium chips in 2025.
