iQOO is gearing up to launch the iQOO Z11 in India this April. Positioning it as a performance-focused monster, the brand is targeting buyers who demand extreme battery life in the mid-range segment. This device aims to dominate the sub-Rs 30,000 space without compromising on fast charging or premium display quality.
The Teaser & Market Reality
According to reliable tipster Debayan Roy, official teasers for the new iQOO Z11 confirm an April 2026 launch. But let us talk about the money. The standard model is expected to cost between Rs 23,990 and Rs 27,000. This is a noticeable price hike. Last year, the older iQOO Z10 5G started at a much lower Rs 21,999.
On the other hand, the iQOO Z11x 5G has been launched in the Indian market. The base 6GB + 128GB variant of the iQOO Z11x 5G starts at ₹18,999. The 8GB + 128GB model costs ₹20,999. The top-tier 8GB + 256GB version is priced at ₹22,999.
If we look at the current market, mid-range phones are completely changing their priorities. Brands realize that spec-sheet wars are useless if your phone dies by 4 PM. iQOO wants to own the “monster battery” title entirely. By offering huge battery specs, they justify the extra cost for heavy users. They are targeting gamers, delivery executives, and frequent travelers who simply cannot afford to be tied to a wall charger. It is a very smart strategy. You pay a slight premium up front, but you get true all-day reliability in return.
The iQOO Z11 Key Specification
The iQOO Z11 hardware is downright aggressive. Serious power inside. iQOO is packing a massive 9,020mAh battery into this phone. That is currently the largest capacity in its entire segment. Despite the huge size, it still supports 90W Flash Charge. Top-ups will be fast. You will not wait hours for a full tank.
Under the hood, the iQOO Z11 will likely feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, or a comparable MediaTek Dimensity chip. For cameras, the rear features a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). This is paired with an 8MP or 12MP secondary lens. Selfies get a massive upgrade with a new 50MP front shooter.

The screen is equally extreme. You get a massive 6.8-inch (or possibly 6.83-inch) 1.5K AMOLED display. It pushes a blazing 165Hz refresh rate. Total overkill for most users. It peaks at a blinding 5,500 nits of brightness. Outdoor visibility will be perfect.
It runs Android 16 right out of the box with Funtouch OS 16. iQOO also throws in a rugged IP69 dust and water resistance rating. You also get an IR blaster, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a rare 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Upgrade Clash
How does this new phone compare to its direct predecessor? The iQOO Z10 5G was an excellent mid-range option when it hit the market in April 2025. It featured a very capable 7,300mAh battery, a 120Hz curved AMOLED display, and the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset.
But the new model beats it completely. The upcoming iQOO Z11 makes the older phone look outdated. You jump from a standard 120Hz screen to a super-smooth 165Hz panel. The battery swells massively from 7,300mAh to that staggering 9,020mAh cell. Even the overall durability gets a huge boost. iQOO upgrades the Z10’s basic IP65 rating to a flagship-level IP69 rating.
The camera system is also much better now. The older Z10 had a fairly useless 2MP depth sensor next to its 50MP main camera. The new phone fixes that with a proper 8MP or 12MP secondary lens. This is a massive generational leap.
Should you wait for this launch? If you are a heavy gamer or someone who hates charging their phone twice a day, my answer is yes. The sub-Rs 30,000 market is crowded right now. Still, nothing else currently offers this specific level of battery endurance combined with a high-speed display.
However, if you are strictly on a tighter budget, you might want to look for discounted older models. I suggest waiting for the final launch event to see the exact chipset and final retail pricing. If you truly want unmatched screen speed, rugged durability, and extreme battery life, keep your eyes on the iQOO Z11.
