Realme Narzo 90x Sales Hit Incredible Record Highs: Over 1 Lakh Units Sold!

Last Updated: December 28, 2025

After weeks of mounting hype and leaked teasers, the official numbers are finally in, and they are nothing short of impressive for the Realme team. Fresh reports indicate that the brand has achieved its strongest performance since 2022, selling over 100,000 units of the Narzo 90 Series within just 12 hours of the first sale on December 23.

While the standard model saw a 200 percent growth in its first 30 minutes, the budget-friendly Realme Narzo 90x emerged as the real star, generating a massive ₹120 crore in revenue and comfortably clinching the top spot on Amazon’s smartphone sales charts for Q4 2025.

Under the hood, the Realme Narzo 90x packs quite a punch for its price point, running on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. This 6nm octa-core processor is paired with either 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 2TB if you’re a digital hoarder.

On the front, you get a sprawling 6.8-inch LCD screen that keeps things incredibly smooth with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1,200 nits of peak brightness for better outdoor visibility. On the camera front, the device relies on a 50MP Sony IMX852 rear sensor to handle your photography needs, while an 8MP camera sits up front for selfies.

Perhaps the most talked-about feature is the gargantuan 7,000mAh battery that supports 60W fast charging, ensuring you stay away from the wall outlet for a long time. The phone also manages to stay relatively svelte at 8.28mm and comes with an IP65 rating and MIL-STD 810H certification for added durability.

This move suggests that Realme is successfully doubling down on the value-for-money segment by offering features that typically cost much more. By bundling a massive battery with a high-refresh-rate display and reliable 5G connectivity, the Realme Narzo 90x is clearly resonating with Indian buyers who want longevity without breaking the bank.

It will be interesting to see how competitors like Xiaomi or Samsung react to this surge, but for now, the Realme Narzo 90x has set a very high bar for the budget market as we head into the new year.
