Tipster Debayan Roy on Twitter revealed the Redmi K100 Pro specs, pointing to a massive battery focus. The Redmi K100 Pro Leak shows a shift toward daily utility rather than raw processing upgrades. The Redmi K100 Series is expected to launch around September, introducing big changes to the lineup.

Redmi K100 Pro Leak: Specification

The most notable Redmi K100 Pro feature is its massive 9,000mAh+ battery with 100W charging. This is a huge leap from the 7,000mAh cell found on the older Redmi K90 Pro. This giant battery basically turns the device into a built-in power bank for extreme endurance.

This new Redmi K100 Pro leak confirms the phone reuses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor from the previous model. If you want a newer chip, the Redmi K100 Pro Max is expected to get the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 instead. For the standard Pro, performance stays flat while battery life skies high.

The display gets a major upgrade to a 2K Flat OLED panel with an ultra-fluid 185Hz display designed for heavy gaming. This is a fast screen refresh rate jump from the 120Hz refresh rate on the Redmi K90 Pro. The body also changes from a traditional curved frame into an Apple-inspired flat, boxy layout with a metal frame.

For cameras, the main sensor jumps from a 50MP lens to a massive 200MP OIS main camera for ultra-high-definition mobile photography. The rear setup also includes a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens. This periscope setup replaces the older standard close-range focal setups to heavily boost long-distance lossless zoom.

Durability improves with a dual IP68 and IP69 rating, adding certified defense against high-pressure and high-temperature water jets. The phone also supports wireless charging. This minor upgrade prioritizes endurance and camera resolution over a new chipset, making it worth waiting for if you value battery life over pure speed.
