A Flipkart microsite has confirmed that the Vivo S2 FE, alongside the Vivo V80, is set to launch in India on October 6. The device features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 2,000 nits.
Vivo S2 FE Rumor Specifications
One of the key features of the Vivo S2 FE is its 10,000mAh battery, which supports 44W charging. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300e processor, LPDDR4X RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and a 3,800 sq. mm VC cooling system. Despite the massive battery, its thickness has been kept to 8.75 mm and its weight to 225 grams.
This camera system features a 50-megapixel Sony IMX852 primary lens, a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The phone offers water and dust resistance with IP68 and IP69 ratings. Vivo will provide three OS upgrades and five years of security updates for it.
According to leaked information, the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant of the Vivo S2 FE will be priced at ₹39,999. The previous model, the Vivo S2, is priced at ₹42,999; while it features the faster ‘Dimensity 7360-Turbo’ chip, its battery capacity is somewhat lower (7,050 mAh). In the new Vivo S2 FE model, processing speed has been slightly reduced to significantly boost battery capacity, making it an ideal upgrade for those who prioritize long-lasting battery life over raw performance.
