The device’s physical dimensions are 161.4 mm in height, 76.7 mm in width, and 8.1 mm in thickness, with a total weight of 211 g. The exterior chassis is available in Infinite Black, Sand Storm, and Ultra Violet color options and incorporates an on-screen fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication.

OnePlus 15 Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, the device relies on an Adreno 840 GPU for graphics processing. It is equipped with LPDDR5X RAM available in 12GB or 16GB configurations to handle multitasking requirements.

Internal storage utilizes UFS 4.1 technology, providing capacity options of 256GB, 512GB, or 1024GB for extensive data management.
