Reliable tipster ‘Digital Chat Station’ has recently leaked key information regarding the Vivo S70. They have shared details about an “S-item” engineering sample, a test model, which provides clear insight into the core hardware of this upcoming device.
Vivo S70 Leak Specifications
The new Vivo S70 features a 6.59-inch 1.5K LTPS display. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s yet-to-be-released ‘Snapdragon 8s Gen 4’ chip, which carries the model number SM8735.

This represents a significant leap in processing power compared to the ‘Snapdragon 8s Gen 3’ found in the previous model, the Vivo S60. With this new chipset, users will enjoy a much smoother gaming experience, and switching between apps will be significantly faster than before.
The most compelling feature of the Vivo S70 is the significant upgrade to its telephoto hardware. According to a report from Digital Chat Station, the phone will include a 64-megapixel Sony LYT-610 periscope telephoto camera, offering 3x optical zoom.
Its predecessor, the Vivo S60, featured a 50-megapixel periscope camera that also provided 3x optical zoom. This change in the sensor ensures higher resolution in zoomed-in shots and allows for greater clarity and precision in capturing fine details, even in low-light conditions.
