Xiaomi has officially unveiled the Pad 9 Pro Max, featuring a massive 13.3-inch display and next-generation processing power. Xiaomi has designed this flagship device specifically for professionals, creators, and power users who require a true mobile workstation.
Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max Specifications
The standard Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max features an ultra-slim body, measuring 5.67mm thick, and comes in Black, Silver, and Rich Burgundy. The standard version weighs 645g, while the ‘Soft Light Edition’ weighs 650g.

Its 13.3-inch LCD panel boasts a 3:2 aspect ratio and 3.4K resolution (3408 x 2272), delivering a pixel density of 308 PPI. It supports a 144Hz refresh rate, 1,000nits of global peak brightness, 12-bit color depth, and full DCI-P3 color gamut coverage.
A notable feature of the Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max is its hardware-based eye protection system; it has earned three TÜV Rheinland certifications for hardware-level low blue light, flicker-free operation, and circadian-friendly viewing.
The key features of the Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max are powered by the 3nm ‘Xuanjie O3 AI Flagship’ processor. It utilizes a 10-core ‘all-big-core’ architecture capable of reaching speeds up to 4.35 GHz, complemented by a 16-core G2-Ultra NX GPU and a dedicated 4-core Xuanjie NPU for on-device AI tasks.
Regarding memory (RAM), options range from 8 GB to 16 GB. The top-tier variant, featuring 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage, employs ultra-fast LPDDR6 memory (10667 Mbps), whereas other variants utilize LPDDR5X and LPDDR5T memory.

Storage options include capacities of 256 GB, 512 GB, and 1 TB, all based on UFS 4.1 technology. It also incorporates ‘FBO Storage Refresh’ technology to maintain high-speed read and write performance over extended periods.
The Xiaomi Pad 9 Pro Max features a 12,000mAh dual-cell battery and supports 120W wired fast charging. It also supports 27W wired reverse charging for external accessories and 45W POGO wired car charging.
Connectivity options include a dual-sided USB Type-C port based on the USB 3.2 Gen 2 standard, delivering transfer speeds of up to 10Gbps. This port supports DisplayPort (DP) input, allowing the tablet to function as an external secondary monitor instantly.
Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7, 2.4GHz and 5GHz dual-band concurrency, and Bluetooth 6.0.

The rear setup features a 50-megapixel camera capable of recording 4K video at 60fps. The front-facing camera utilizes a 32-megapixel ultra-wide sensor specifically designed for 1080p video calls.
An array of eight speakers delivers Dolby Atmos audio with quad-channel surround sound. A six-microphone system handles voice pickup and includes multi-scenario noise reduction capabilities.
The device is powered by Xiaomi HyperOS 4.0 and Super XiaoAI 2.0. Built-in productivity software includes a comprehensive office suite, featuring WPS for Pad and the Jianying (CapCut) Professional Edition.
It supports a magnetic keyboard connection and magnetic stylus charging along the top edge. Although Xiaomi has not yet announced an official release date, the device is expected to launch in China very soon.
